The first time KTech cleaners came they used a special pet deodorizer on the rug. They didn’t this time and that was disappointing. Also, the first time the stains came out better. This time some stains persisted.

We had duct work and carpets cleaned and both were done quickly and efficiently. Guys who came we all very nice and polite. I had had a carpet cleaning discount which had come in the mail but had misplaced it and unfortunately one of the guys said he’d needed to see it to be able to use it. Bummer but still ok.

The techs were respectful and accommodating, and they did clean, efficient work. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that they accidentally vacuumed up a tool I need to clean my furnace filter…and didn’t say anything until I called the office immediately afterwards when I realized it was gone.

I called to get my husbands man cave cleaned because he was coming home after some surgery. Armstrong was great and they came out 2 days later and got the cave cleaned. The two guys that came were courteous and respectful.

We hired K-tech to come and clean out our heating and cooling ducts after numerous bouts with colds, sniffles and sickness. The two young men who came out were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They explained what they were going to do, showed me pictures of how dirty our vents were before and showed me the difference afterwards. I purchased the extra freshener/sanitizer that left our house smelling so clean. I'm very pleased with the service and will be using them again. In fact, I've already set up a carpet cleaning appt with them to have all of our carpets done. AAA+

Rob and Dylan cleaned my houses air ducts today. I would highly recommend having your houses air ducts cleaned by this company. The staff is very friendly and there’s no mess when their finished. My house smells great from the sanitizer and is heating so much better since being cleaned. They were very knowledgeable and professional. We found out our sump pump and back up pump both failed on a Sunday afternoon. 2 plus inches of water through out our finished basement. I called K-Tech and Alex was here within the hour. He was extremely helpful - he even helped to find a plumber that was willing to come out and install a new sump pump on a Sunday evening. Alex did an amazing job, pumping out the standing water and setting up fans and dehumidifiers. He and Rob came back the next day to remove carpet and padding. Jim Young also came out to check on the drying out progress. The K-tech team continued to check on the progress and make adjustments every day until the basement was dry. Excellent communication not only in person but via text and e-mail. I would highly recommend K-Tech.

Jamison and Damon were very kind and very efficient. The carpets look brand new! Even my 5 year olds typical juice spills are non existent! I am very thankful and satisfied. The price was not bad either very affordable and would recommend to anyone looking to get carpets done or have to be cleaned for leaving an apartment.

The techs from K-tech that cleaned our air ducts were fantastic and very informative on answering any questions I may have had about the cleaning. The air quality inside our home is so much better since we had it done. I highly recommend getting your ductwork cleaned if you are thinking about it and using K-tech. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.
