Responsibilities
- Supervise and support restoration and cleaning technicians
- Coordinate daily schedules and project workflow
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally
- Communicate with customers throughout projects
- Maintain quality control standards
- Hands on job documentation and production processes
- Assist with training and team development
- Monitor equipment, vehicles, and inventory
Qualifications
- Industry experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Valid driver’s license required
- Xactimate experience is a plus
