During the recent Spring flooding our basement flooded. K-tech responded quickly, arrived when they said they would, and did an excellent job clearing the rooms of furniture, and absorbing the water. The whole process took only a few days. Every staff member we communicated with was courteous and efficient.

K-Tech removed 400 gallons of water from my finished basement. The team got right to work and moved on to the drying the wall stage in just a couple of hours. They were professional during the entire clean up and gave me straight forward advice. I found it easy to trust their advice.

I had K-tech come in and clean my sectional. Kris was amazing, they arrived 30mins early, he explained everything they were going to do and told me how long it was going to take!! They made sure they put down drop cloths so no water was accidentally dropped on my wood floors. He also made sure that any stains were treated and removed. I'm so pleased with their work and professionalism!! Well done!!!

I recently had a house built in Door County and by the time I moved in, my HVAC ducts were filled with an ungodly amount of construction debris. K-tech Kleening & Restoration's technicians went above and beyond my expectations, leaving my ductwork absolutely pristine. The technicians were punctual, personable, professional, and kind to take the time to share information about the cleaning process with me. Considering the scope of the work and some difficult physical conditions (dirty crawlspace), the technicians were thorough and efficient in their cleaning. Having shopped around, the price for K-tech's services was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs. I will definitely use them again in the future!

We bought our house in 2020, and our vents were scary, but now they're SO clean! They even found a couple very old mouse skeletons under decades of dust!! We had one small issue where a vent upstairs wasn't covered and a bunch of dirt blew all over our bathroom, but other than that we were very happy with the work done on our vents. I know they weren't expecting that particular vent to be part of the line they were working on, but in a 120+ year old house, that can be hard to figure out. I would just suggest asking that they cover every vent not being serviced at a given moment to avoid this issue yourself. The crew was polite and they were able to schedule us within a week of calling. Several of my friends were calling them the same day after seeing the before and after pictures. It was shocking!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're thrilled to hear that you're happy with the results and that your vents are now super clean. We appreciate your understanding about the unexpected vent issue and we'll take your suggestion to ensure vents are properly covered moving forward. It's always fascinating what can be found in older homes, and we're glad we could help improve your air quality. If you ever need anything in the future, don't hesitate to reach out. Thanks again for your trust, and we appreciate you recommending us to your friends! We will also send a $50 gift card for the inconvenience. Please call 715-355-1369 to arrange pick up. I have a small living room. I removed and reset all the furniture myself. The guys came and were over an hour early. They did call ahead and asked if they could come earlier. They set-up quickly and were done in about 20 minutes. They removed a rust spot and many others. I still have a slight area that they couldn't get clean in the traffic area. But let me know ahead of time it would probably not get all of that. Only slight disappointment was I asked if they had a deodorizer and they stated it only last about 2 days. And was an extra charge. I have never been charged for this by other companies in the past???

Response from the owner

Thomas, we’re glad to hear that you were pleased with the prompt arrival, quick setup, and the removal of the rust spot and other stains. We always strive to be transparent with our customers, so we’re happy to hear our technicians communicated about the expected results on the traffic area beforehand. Regarding the deodorizer, we understand your concern about the additional charge. Our deodorizing service is an optional add-on because we use high-quality products designed to be effective but temporary, as the scent naturally dissipates over time. However, we truly value your feedback and will review our pricing and communication policies to ensure we meet customer expectations. We appreciate your business and hope you’ll give us another opportunity to serve you in the future. If there’s anything else we can do to enhance your experience, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
